May 2019 was warmer but just a little drier than average in the Tuscarawas Valley.
The NWS Climate Prediction Center says that there are slightly better odds we have a warmer than average summer coming up. Although, I suspect not record warm. Precipitation is also favoring slightly better odds at being wetter than average, although again, I don’t think this summer will be particularly wet.
