The majority of light snow showers overnight and this morning have shifted east. While a spotty shower will be possible yet, the trend for today will be for dry weather. The clouds will hang around, though. Temperatures will not warm much today and mid-30s will be about the best we will muster this afternoon. Gusty winds will make it feel like the mid-20s, however.
After a dry and uneventful Saturday night, a weak cold front will move through east-central Ohio Sunday. This could spark a few scattered snow showers Sunday morning. Any snow would change over to rain or drizzle in the afternoon. Little to no snow accumulation is expected in our area.
Those wishing for a White Christmas will be disappointed. Weak high pressure builds over the region for Christmas Eve throttling our odds for snow showers. We will even get into some spotty sunshine with seasonal temperatures in the mid-30s. Christmas Day will be very similar – occasional sunshine with afternoon highs in the upper 30s.
