The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued an Excessive Heat Watch for Tuscarawas, Jefferson, Noble, Harrison, Belmont, Guernsey, Coshocton, Carroll, Columbiana, and Muskingum Counties.
Heat indices of 100° to 104° are expected to affect these areas Friday and Saturday (07/19 – 07/20). Heat indices reaching 105° will trigger an Excessive Heat Warning.
