The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm WATCH for Tuscarawas, Guernsey, Harrison, Carroll, and Coshocton counties in our area until 10:00 PM this evening.
As of 3:15 PM, scattered thunderstorms are beginning to develop west of the region. Strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening will have the potential to produce high wind gusts and hail. Isolated tornadoes can’t be ruled out. Some of these cells can also produce heavy rainfall.
