* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 106.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, southwestern Pennsylvania,
and northern West Virginia.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events.
