* WHAT...Temperatures as cold as the lower to mid 30's will result
in frost formation inland from Lake Erie.

* WHERE...Portions of north-central, northeast, and northwest Ohio,
and northwest Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
