Tuscarawas County Public Library: ALL locations are open today for anyone who needs to charge their phone, warm up, or entertain their family during the local power outages. All public computers are operational.
It will be sunny today, but temperatures will remain in the low 30s with breezy conditions, so wind chills are a factor. If you do not have heat or power, please feel free to go to one of these places for free warm shelter – especially children and elderly.
