The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 7:00 AM until 1:00 PM New Years Day for Tuscarawas, Jefferson, Noble, Harrison, Belmont, Guernsey, Carroll, Coshocton, Muskingum counties in our area.
Freezing rain is expected Friday morning that can result in a light glaze of ice. This can result in slick conditions on area roads, sidewalks, bridges, and overpasses. This may effect travel during the morning hours on New Year’s Day.
Precipitation will changeover to rain as temperatures warm through midday.
