A reinforcing cold front will cross the region this evening. Thunder is possible. There is a Marginal Risk (Level 1 on a scale of 1-5) of gusty wind and small hail. Limiting factors are a lack of instability and a question of whether or not any storms could get high enough to tap into the strong wind aloft.
The highest opportunity in our area is from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM this evening.
