We should remain dry through Saturday morning before light rain moves in from the south during the mid afternoon. Eventually, the rain will change over to snow showers as we get toward evening.
This will be a fast-mover and temperatures will be borderline. With the ground still fairly warm and saturated from yesterday’s rain, we should see little in the way of accumulation – a coating to an inch for most neighborhoods.
Snow will quickly end by 10:00/11:00 PM this evening as high pressure builds in for Sunday. Tomorrow will be the nicer day of the weekend with a mix of sun and clouds. The sun will also bring warmer temperatures and most places across the Valley should see afternoon highs in the mid 40s to around 47 degrees.
