The National Weather Service office in Cleveland has confirmed a weak tornado touched down in Geauga County during yesterday’s stormy weather. That brings the Ohio tornado count to 50 tornadoes so far this year. About 32 of those tornadoes occurred over the Memorial Day weekend outbreak.
The image below from the NWS Storm Prediction Center shows the location of ALL storm reports in the state so far this year. The reports include wind and hail damage. Tornadoes are indicated in red.
