* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison,
Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas,
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Beaver,
Fayette, Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of
Westmoreland, Washington and Westmoreland, and West Virginia,
including the following areas, Brooke, Eastern Preston, Eastern
Tucker, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston,
Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western
Tucker and Wetzel.

* WHEN...Through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is forecast across much of
the watch area through Monday morning, with isolated totals of up
to 3 inches possible. Combined with an already saturated ground,
instances of flash flooding are possible.
