Details:
* WHAT...Heat index values from the afternoon into the early evening
each day will range from 98 to 105 degrees. Impacts will continue
with warm and muggy conditions each night, with minimum
temperatures in the lower to mid 70s.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Tuesday to 10 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.

Information:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
