A weak mid-level disturbance will cross the east-central Ohio region tonight into early Friday morning that could bring a round of snow flurries or light snow showers in a few spots in our area. Little or no additional accumulation is expected. Chances of any one neighborhood seeing any snowfall are fairly low but not completely out of the question.
Otherwise, we’ll see clouds increasing toward this evening and tonight ahead of the wave. Thankfully, the gusty wind we’ve been experiencing will also be weakening. Temperatures overnight will remain cold with most locations dipping to the mid to upper teens around sunrise Friday. Wind chill values won’t be quite as cold Friday morning and should be near air temps with calmer winds.
Friday looks to bring another dry and mostly sunny day to the Valley. Daytime highs near freezing are likely with mainly calm wind.
Temperatures locally will warm to the low/mid-40s over the weekend. However, rain is likely on Sunday.
